I just transferred in after my third tour in Iraq and my 07 PT Cruiser had some mold from being in storage. I went on line to find a good detail shop and contacted Details Auto Detailing. We made appointment and while talking to Sharon she suggested having the windows tinted and window vents put on, these are things I wanted to do but didn't have the time to go here and there so Details had the windows tinted, tinted visor, vents and door edges plus the complete detail all in one stop. Wow! I drove my 4Runner hard this summer, on hot Arizona dirt roads for 10 weeks straight followed by an 1800 mile drive home with all the associated sweat, dirt, and squished bugs that comes along with such an adventure. Details got my 4Runner beyond clean to shiny & spotless. It hasn't looked this good since it drove off the dealer's lot six years ago. My husband is in awe. You could eat off the engine. We've used other detail shops in the Tacoma area, and Details' work far surpasses the others. To boot, it's independently owned by nice people you are happy to give your money to. I've been coming to DETAILS for over three years. I first started going to them in Puyallup for a car wash and when I bought my new Tahoe, I had them detail it. Now I have them wash (it) every week or two and wax it every three months. I also bring my Mom and sisters cars in for service. I don't mind the couple of extra miles I have to drive to Parkland. I met Will and Sharon (DETAILS Auto Detailing) in July of 2007 when I went into their shop to get my van detailed. They were incredibly personable and answered all questions I had honestly and without hesitation. They spent time with me to explain their entire detail process. (I had a "horrendous" experience with a detail shop that had waxed all of the clear coat from my vehicle.) DETAILS had a REAL project with my vehicle as it was a "rescue" from a salvage yard and was in bad shape. The paint came out as it was new and the interior, including the leather seats were impeccable! Needless to say, I HIGHLY recommend DETAILS and wish them the very best. J.
